Scientifically known as bromodosis, very many young people regardless of age or sex have suffered of smelly feet before and many didn’t know what was wrong at the moment well as many others made unfit excuses but those still didn’ttake away the noisy odour from their shoes and feet.

 

Stinky feet are commonly causes by sweat, putting on the same pair of shoes over and over again, wearing shoes without stockings, stress, athletes’ foot, but worry not, here are a few hacks on how you can do away with the stinking feet nightmare

Wash Your feet
Washing feet looks like a pretty basic thing but how good or bad you wash your feet are a determinant as to whether people will press their nostrils when you get your feet outta your shoes or if they will actually want to be in your shoes. Choose wisely.

Have multiple pairs of shoes
It’s not only classy to have a number of pairs of shoes but it’s also healthy- I mean saves people from the horror of being attacked by the stench that could form in your shoes if you put on the same pair twice consecutively. Wearing shoes multiple days in a row can retain moisture- put the other pair on tomorrow.

Change your pair of socks
Have only one pair of socks?? Why am I not surprised! It’s not only fashionable to have a multitude of socks, actually, every attire must have a different pair, and ,always remember to have them washed. Oh, don’t buy the nylon pair.

Why are you stressing?
For goodness sake, breathe. Stress breeds sweating which also breeds stinky legs (See where I am coming from?) Just so you know, sweat that is a result of stress has a far worse odour than normal sweat- more reason to avoid stressing over things you have no control over- live.

That said, why would you ever fear removing your shoes in public ever again?
