25% of Ugandan girls between the ages of 15 and 19 had already given birth or were pregnant Teenage pregnancy rates in Uganda remain high. Covid 19 has exposed the numerous SRHR challenges Young People face in their communities. High teenage pregnancies have manifested and been an eye-opener for the need for every country to prioritize the provision of accurate and complete SRHR information to nature the young leaders of tomorrow.
