We are searching for competent professionals to assign to our Client. TOTAL EAST AFRICA MIDSTREAM BV (TEAM BV) to work on the EAST AFRICAN CRUDE OIL PIPELINE (EACOP) project under a 3rd party manpower arrangement.
Job Summary:
The job holder shall be accountable for developing and implementing the social performance strategy for the EACOP project in line with international standards (IFC and UN guiding principles) and ensuring that good relationships with stakeholders are developed and maintained and that stakeholders are informed of EACOP policies, operational activities, and other project activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
The ideal candidate should possess postgraduate qualifications in social science or a related discipline and a minimum of 15 years of professional experience in social performance management 10 of which must have been in the extractives industry at a senior management level.
