I would like to believe that the male person can be raped but the law will never term it as rape but rather indecent assault but still the law will not help as even as per the law section 138 of the Penal Code Act,it also only advocates forthe female species.

(1)Any person who unlawfully and indecently assaults any woman or girl commits a felony and is liable to imprisonment for fourteen years, with or without corporal punishment.
